  • 8am - 10pm call service and instant queries and problem solving

  • 10pm - 8am emergency service)

  • On site troubleshooting (includes 50€ p/h + 1 hour travel time, double rate in emergency time frame

  • Pre-checkout call with client and cleaner for damages

  • Personal check out ( damage report if needed & farewell
