conceived by Esmee Andiña
Born in The Netherlands and raised on the island of ibiza, Esmee's multilingual background & culture, combined with her ambitious drive and experience in the tourism sector led her to launch this new venture.
After multiple years of working in diverse departments of 4 and 5 star hotels, reception for many of those, she further emerged within all other parts of the hospitality branch around Europe, working her way up to restaurant manager of up to 20 team members.
Esmee developed a true passion for quality service & people and her career moved her to London, into the self-publishing industry where she quickly rose to european Customer Support Manager and coached her multilingual team to exceed their global company goals.
Her passion for customer service and hospitality has always been the main drive for her professional pursuits and her longing to the coast finally brought her back to the white island, where she enrolled in to the luxury rental branch, executing villa operations and check in services and managing over 100 villas.
