This beautiful rural property overlooks the south west coast of Ibiza and the bay of Cala D’Hort. It is situated within a national park, so has few neighbours. It has open wide views of some of the best sunsets in Ibiza and of the famous rock, Es Vedra. The villa is divided into 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 separate apartments. The design of the property is modern with touches of Ibicencan and Moroccan style.
Casa Blanca is less than 5 minutes drive to the beaches of Cala d’Hort, Cala Carbo & Cala Vadella where you have great restaurants, bars and a local supermarket.
The owners have recently completely re-painted the inside of the villa with a white wall finish and upgraded the swimming pool. The villa now has two pools: one lap pool at (12 x 4) and a standard pool (8 x 4).
