"Villa Can Sita" is a four bedroomed 400 m2 property with accommodation for up to 9 people. The Villa is set in grounds of 10,000 m2, close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island and only a 15 minute drive from the airport and the town of Ibiza.
The pool area, with an integrated jacuzzi, offers a perfect place to relax with a superb panoramic view over the mediterranean.
The Villa has underfloor heating and air conditioning with a total of 14 outlets to ensure for a perfect indoor climate. In addition, there’s a huge open fireplace at the top part of the house (in the living room) for those romantic evenings.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, large freezer and a double-door refrigerator.
The main bedroom with sea view and air-conditioning, has a king-size bed, TV, a 2 metre walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and a massage shower.
The second bedroom, also with sea view, air conditioning and king size bed has a large built-in wardrobe, a private sun terrace and a full en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
A third bedroom with twin beds, air-conditioning, large built-in wardrobe and private sun terrace has a full en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
There is a further air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and large built-in wardrobe.
